CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY — WEBKING SOLUTIONS

1. Introduction

At Webking Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions including web development, custom applications, cloud services, hosting, SEO, UI/UX, and digital transformation support.

As our services are delivered through planning, consulting, development effort, and digital implementation, our cancellation and refund rules differ from physical goods companies. This policy explains when refunds may be issued and how service cancellations are handled.

2. Services Covered Under This Policy

This CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY covers the following categories of services:

  • • Custom website and application development
  • • Hosting and server management
  • • Cloud migration services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho)
  • • SEO, content, and digital optimization services
  • • UI/UX design services
  • • E-commerce platform setup
  • • Support and maintenance services
  • • Annual subscription-based services (hosting, cloud, maintenance)

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated because they involve planning, technical resources, or third-party costs:

  • • Custom development work
  • • UI/UX design
  • • SEO/content and optimization work
  • • Cloud migrations and deployment
  • • Website themes, plugins, paid tools, or third-party items
  • • One-time setup or configuration services
  • • Any task where development or planning work has already begun

4. Refund Eligibility (Project-Based Services)

A refund may be considered only if:

  • • Work has not started
  • • No resources (designer/developer) are assigned
  • • No planning documents or deliverables are created
  • • No third-party tools or licenses have been purchased

If these conditions are met, a partial refund may be issued after deducting:

  • • Administrative and processing charges
  • • Payment gateway charges
  • • Any external costs already incurred

5. Refund Eligibility (Subscription / Renewal Services)

For hosting, email, cloud, maintenance, and subscription-based services:

  • • Refunds are not provided once the service term begins
  • • Renewals paid in advance are non-refundable
  • • Partial usage does not qualify for refunds
  • • Third-party cloud/email services are strictly non-refundable (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho)

6. Project Cancellation

If the client cancels before the project starts:
A partial refund may be issued after standard deductions.

If the client cancels after work has begun:
No refund will be issued.
Any completed work must still be invoiced.

If Webking Solutions terminates a project due to non-cooperation, delayed responses, or unpaid invoices, refunds will not be issued.

7. Delays or Lack of Client Response

Refunds will not apply if project delays are caused by:

  • • Delay in providing required information
  • • Unresponsiveness for more than 15 days
  • • Change of business direction or internal restructuring
  • • Requesting new features beyond the agreed scope

8. Incorrect Requirements or Scope Changes

If the client provides unclear or incorrect requirements and later requests changes, these will be treated as new tasks and will not qualify for a refund on the original scope.

9. Quality Assurance & Issue Resolution

Instead of refunds, Webking Solutions provides corrective actions such as:

  • • Bug fixes
  • • Minor adjustments
  • • Issue resolution
  • • Support as per your agreement

10. Third-Party Products & Licenses

Payments made for third-party products or services are non-refundable. Examples:

  • • Software licenses
  • • Themes, plugins, and extensions
  • • Cloud email licenses
  • • Domain or hosting purchases
  • • Paid APIs or integrations
  • • These follow the vendor’s policies.

11. Payment Disputes or Chargebacks

If a payment dispute or chargeback is raised without contacting us first, Webking Solutions may:

  • • Suspend ongoing work
  • • Suspend hosting/cloud services
  • • Provide documentation to the payment gateway
  • • Recover outstanding dues
  • • We strongly encourage contacting us first to resolve any concerns.
