Referral program terms & conditions
Please review these points so that expectations are clear for both you and your referrals. These terms help us keep the program fair and transparent.
1. Eligibility & program scope
- The program is applicable only for new clients who have not worked with Webking Solutions in the last 12 months.
- The referred business must purchase eligible services such as business emails, websites, domains, or cloud solutions from Webking Solutions.
- Minimum billing on the referred client’s first confirmed project should be ₹10,000 or more (excluding GST) for the referral to qualify for a reward.
- Only referrals submitted through this page or via our official WhatsApp number will be considered under this program.
2. Reward structure
- Reward value for each successful referral will typically range from ₹500 to ₹5,500, decided based on project value, service mix, and profitability.
- Webking Solutions reserves the right to decide the final reward value for each referral at its sole discretion.
- Rewards will be processed only after the referred client has cleared the first invoice payment in full and there are no outstanding dues.
- Rewards will be issued as physical gifts based on the qualifying project. In exceptional cases where physical delivery is not feasible, an equivalent gift voucher may be provided. Cash or bank transfer payments are not offered under this program.
3. Process & communication rules
- By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have consent from the referred person to share their contact details with Webking Solutions for this program.
- Our team will attempt to contact the referral using reasonable efforts (calls, emails, WhatsApp) within working hours.
- If the referral is already in discussion with Webking through another channel, the company may decide at its discretion whether the referral is eligible.
- In case multiple referrers submit the same contact, the first verified referral received in our system will be considered valid.
4. General conditions
- Webking Solutions may modify, pause, or discontinue the referral program, or update the reward slabs, at any time without prior notice.
- Any disputes related to eligibility, reward value, or program interpretation will be handled by Webking Solutions, and the company’s decision will be final.
- The program is intended for genuine referrals only. Webking Solutions reserves the right to reject referrals in case of misuse or inaccurate information.
